Fennell’s ("Fennell’s," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, when you visit fennells.com (the "Site"), shop with us online or in our Lexington, Kentucky store, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site or otherwise providing us with information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide us with your information.

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you give us directly. When you create an account, place an order, request a custom or large order, sign up for our newsletter, contact us, or fill out a form on the Site, we may collect information such as your:

• Any other information you choose to provide, such as in a message to us or notes on a custom order

When you make a purchase, your payment card information is collected and processed by our payment processing provider(s). We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. Please refer to the applicable payment processor’s own privacy policy for details on how it handles your payment data.

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site (for example, to keep items in your shopping cart), remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and, where applicable, support advertising and analytics.

Some of the categories of information described in Section 1 may be considered "shared" with third parties such as advertising or analytics providers under certain state privacy laws (see Section 8). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our products and services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All users. You may:

• Update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting us
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the "unsubscribe" link in any newsletter or promotional email, or by contacting us
• Ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs (for example, order and tax records)

California and other U.S. state residents. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws. These rights may include the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold/shared about you, and the categories and sources of that information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (as those terms are defined under applicable law) — as noted in Section 5, we do not sell personal information for money
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
